Strategic communications and political insight for organisations operating in complex planning, policy and reputational environments.
Meet the Founder
I advise developers, investors, infrastructure clients and civic leaders on how to navigate political, planning and stakeholder risk with clarity and confidence. My work sits at the intersection of communications, public affairs and strategic judgement, helping clients anticipate pressure points, engage key audiences and secure outcomes in politically sensitive and highly regulated contexts.
For more than a decade I have combined senior communications expertise with lived political experience. I served eight years as an elected local councillor, worked in Parliament and held senior communications roles in regeneration and infrastructure organisations. This breadth of experience enables me to understand both the political and commercial dynamics that shape decision-making and to offer advice that is grounded, proportionate and effective.
Clients value counsel that is thoughtful, discreet and rooted in a clear understanding of how decisions are really made. I work with a selective portfolio of organisations, providing strategic leadership rather than transactional activity. Whether preparing a major planning application, managing complex stakeholder landscapes, navigating reputational risk or shaping a public affairs strategy, my approach centres on clear thinking and sound political judgement.
My advisory work spans housing and regeneration, renewable energy and infrastructure, and major development projects where political awareness and stakeholder strategy are critical to delivery.
If you are working on a project with political, planning or reputational complexity and would value a confidential strategic conversation, please get in touch.
